Shipping Dates
​Shipments to Zimbabwe are processed every Friday.

Expedited Shipping : If you need your item shipped sooner than the shipping date, you can make a request for an extra fee , which will be based on weight and type of item.

Approved shipments will be sent within three business days after receiving the ship request.

Shipping Deadline
We have to receive your purchase at our warehouse and check it in 3 days before the ship date in order for it to be shipped out on our scheduled date.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Submit your claims for lost or damaged items within 5 days of receiving them.

Insurance costs $2.99 for every $100.00 of the items value.

If the value of your shipment is over $1000, it will automatically be insured.

All processed shipments usually arrive at their final destination within 6 - 10 days.
